Metropol Rating Agency

Metropol is a Credit Rating Agency (CRA) licensed by the Capital Markets Authority of Kenya (CMA) and Rwanda Capital Market Authority. We are the first and the only Kenyan Credit Rating Agency with an in-depth understanding of the local business environment and market conditions. 

Metropol partnered with GCR since 2007, representing GCR in the East Africa Region to help increase the penetration of Corporate Ratings domestically in Kenya as well as in the wider East Africa Market. The GCR – Metropol relationship has enabled the two partners to perform a total of 131 ratings across the East African region.
